This magnificent mammal, with twilight or nocturnal habits, lives mainly in the temperate forests of Europe, North Africa, Asia or even North America. The Doe, less impressive than the deer, can measure up to 4 feet tall, for a weight between 150 and 220 pounds. The species lives only in groups within herds, which consist of one male and sixty females.
