What is your in-store return policy?
We love each and every toy we bring into the store and are confident that our customers will, too! If by chance, you are not fully satisfied with your toy and would like to return it, we will provide you with a free return label. Please email kate@gingerbreadhousetoys.com
What is your online return policy?
To return an order made through our website, you can either return those items to our store or ship your order back to our store.
To return a web order at a store, you'll need the packing slip from the order. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Your refund can either be issued as a store credit gift card or a refund to the card you made the purchase with.

Sorry, we do not pay for shipping on returns. We will issue a refund to the card you made the purchase with once we receive the items.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the VERY unlikely event that your toys arrive not 100%, please let us know and we will replace or refund you via your original form of payment.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $4.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on any orders within the United States. Whether it is 1 item or 10 items...it's still just $5.99 for the ENTIRE ORDER! So the more you order, the better deal you get on shipping!
Shipping Timeframes
When an order is placed either online or in-store, it will be shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped out the next business day.

We currently are unable to ship to these locations. Hopefully we will soon!
Will I pay taxes on my order?
We currently charge state-specific tax on all orders shipped to Illinois.
